Return/Exchange Policy

No Refunds: Purchased items are non-returnable. Please note that if you receive any damaged product, it is due to customs or logistics mishandling the parcel during transit. ShehNoor Jewels deems no responsibility for any mishandling by any other third party whatsoever. However, please contact our customer support for further assistance. 

In case a refund or exchange needs to be issued, the customer is responsible to ship the parcel back to the brand. The shipping charges will thus be borne by the customer.

Exchanges: Our jewelry can be exchanged if it doesn't meet your expectations, subject to the client covering all shipping costs.

Exchange Initiation: All exchanges must be initiated within 24-48 hours of receipt. Please note that returned jewelry will be assessed, and a 25% reduction may apply if conditions aren't met.

Refund Processing Time: Turn aroud time will be twenty-one (21) days.

Custom Pieces: Regrettably, custom items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
