Return/Exchange Policy

No Refunds: Purchased items are non-returnable unless deemed damaged or faulty upon receipt.

Exchanges: Our jewelry can be exchanged if it doesn't meet your expectations, subject to the client covering all shipping costs.

Exchange Initiation: All exchanges must be initiated within 24-48 hours of receipt. Please note that returned jewelry will be assessed, and a 25% reduction may apply if conditions aren't met.

Refund Processing Time: Turn aroud time will be five (5) days.

Custom Pieces: Regrettably, custom items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
