1. Shipping Methods:   

  • We offer both domestic and international shipping.
  • Domestic orders are shipped via Swyft Logistics and PostEx, while international orders are shipped via FedEx and SkyNet.

2. Delivery Times:

  • Domestic orders typically take up to 7 days for delivery.
  • International orders may take up to 10 days for delivery, depending on the destination and shipping method.

3. Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the order's total value, weight, and shipping destination.
  • The exact shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

4. Order Processing:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within one to two business days after order confirmation.

5. Order Tracking:

  • Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking number via text message to monitor the status of their order.

6. Customs and Duties:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their respective countries.

7. Address Accuracy:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We will not be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments:

  • In the event of delayed or lost shipments, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window:

  • Customers can cancel an order within 12 hours of order placement. 

2. How to Cancel:

  • To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team at
  • Cancellations requested after 12 hours may not be possible if the order has already been processed for shipping.

3. Refunds for Cancellations:

  • If the order is successfully canceled within the stipulated time frame, a full refund will be processed within five (5) working days to the original payment method.

4. Refunds for Shipped Orders:

  • Orders that have already been shipped and cannot be canceled should be treated as returns. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

5. Exceptional Circumstances:

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, such as if an item becomes unavailable or if there are issues with payment processing. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
