- We offer both domestic and international shipping.
- Domestic orders are shipped via Swyft Logistics and PostEx, while international orders are shipped via FedEx and SkyNet.
2. Delivery Times:
- Domestic orders typically take up to 7 days for delivery.
- International orders may take up to 10 days for delivery, depending on the destination and shipping method.
3. Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the order's total value, weight, and shipping destination.
- The exact shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
4. Order Processing:
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within one to two business days after order confirmation.
5. Order Tracking:
- Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking number via text message to monitor the status of their order.
6. Customs and Duties:
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their respective countries.
7. Address Accuracy:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We will not be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments:
- In the event of delayed or lost shipments, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Window:
- Customers can cancel an order within 12 hours of order placement.Â
2. How to Cancel:
- To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team at shehnoor.jewels@gmail.com
- Cancellations requested after 12 hours may not be possible if the order has already been processed for shipping.
3. Refunds for Cancellations:
- If the order is successfully canceled within the stipulated time frame, a full refund will be processed within five (5) working days to the original payment method.
4. Refunds for Shipped Orders:
- Orders that have already been shipped and cannot be canceled should be treated as returns. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
5. Exceptional Circumstances:
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, such as if an item becomes unavailable or if there are issues with payment processing. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
